REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any personalised products unless there is a manufacturing fault with the garment. Please ensure all spelling etc is correct when ordering to avoid inconvenience :)

If you would like to cancel you order, this can only be done if production has not started. Otherwise we are happy to cancel and refund your order, please note this will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
