Sizing is off and poor customer service

Ordered an age 12-13 leavers for my ten year old who is of completely average height and weight for his age. It arrived and was tight on him. Not the oversized jumper I has expected sizing up 2-3 years above his age. Total waste of money and one upset boy.
Not happy with the customer service I have receive since contacting them about this issue either.
